I heard there is 20 plus people coming from Ifalik and 19 from Woleai. Everyone here are preparing for the coming of the Voyager. Our condolences to the family of Patrick and Sabina.... Lord we need your guidance and Light at this moment. School teachers and parents of students play a major role in shaping our students to be effective and to be high goal achievers in school. We should all encourage our students to embrace life-supporting values by helping in the process of understanding why values are important in our lives, and how values can be successfully applied while leading others.. We demonstrate and practice the art of giving and receiving meaningful feedback using the SBI model as a valuable leadership tool. The ‘visual explorer’ visioning and planning tool has been very helpful in enabling students envision a better future and identify specific strategies and steps towards achieving this desired future in their schools and communities. In fact, the visual explorer always opens up lively interactive sessions where the students’ individual perceptions, beliefs, stereotypes and mental models around the concept of leadership are brought to surface.
